Shipping and Refund Policy

 

FOREIGN GODDESS BOUTIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THIS RETURN POLICY WITHOUT NOTICE.

WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT, AND EXCHANGES OF ELIGIBLE SHOES, CLOTHING, AND/OR ACCESSORIES ("ITEM(S)”). We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the day of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. FOR HYGIENE REASONS, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS: BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS, AND BRALETTES.

After 15 days, if the item has not been worn or used, and with tags, we will be able to offer store credit only.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 15 days.

To start a return, you can contact us at foreigngoddessboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FREE SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $75 AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $150. FREE SHIPPING WILL ONLY APPLY IF YOUR SUBTOTAL IS OVER THE MINIMUM AMOUNT AFTER ANY PROMOTIONAL CODE HAS BEEN USED.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION IS INPUT CORRECTLY AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR BILLING INFORMATION IS INPUT INCORRECTLY, YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS NEEDED.

ALL ORDERS BEING PLACED WITH NEXT DAY SHIPPINGTWO DAY SHIPPING OR THREE DAY SHIPPING MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 12:00 P.M. PST IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN THE CORRECTIVE TIME FRAME.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12:00 P.M. PST WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY.

WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING OR DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

SHOULD YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AFTER HOURS, ON A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

TRANSIT TIME BEGINS AFTER THE SHIP-OFF DATE. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS THAT EXCEED $75 AFTER ANY PROMOTIONAL CODE AND BEFORE SHIPPING COST AND TAXES. TRANSIT TIME FOR FREE SHIPPING AND GROUND SHIPPING MAY VARY 1 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS. 

ALL DOMESTIC PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH UPS, USPS OR FEDEX. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING COST AND OPTIONS WILL BE CALCULATED IN OUR CHECKOUT PAGE AFTER THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE BEEN INPUT. THE CARRIER USED FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL FREE SHIPPING OPTION IS AUTOMATICALLY SELECTED BY OUR SYSTEM UPON FULFILLING YOUR ORDER, TRANSIT TIME CAN VARY WITH THIS SELECTION.

POST PRIORITY MAIL - TRANSIT TIME VARIES 7 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS. FOR THIS SHIPPING OPTION YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. ONCE YOUR PACKAGE REACHES YOUR COUNTRY, IT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO YOUR LOCAL MAIL CARRIER WHO WILL THEN FULFILL YOUR DELIVERY.

DHL EXPRESS CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
